Elevate Appraisal Solutions is a woman-owned business providing independent residential real estate appraisal services throughout Yavapai, Coconino, and Gila Counties, including Prescott, Prescott Valley, Flagstaff, Sedona, Payson and surrounding communities.
I've worked in real estate appraisal since 1996 and have been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2004. Over the years, I've developed extensive experience with a wide variety of residential properties, including custom homes, rural acreage, manufactured homes, and properties with unusual characteristics.
Lenders, REALTORS®, and private clients rely on my experience and knowledge of current appraisal standards and requirements. I take pride in providing thorough, well-supported valuations, clear communication, and dependable service.
